Dates: June 2 - July 11, 2025

This program is designed to provide goaltenders with a structured and supportive environment to develop their skills. Led by a team of experienced professionals, we focus on the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the goaltending position. Each week, we will break down fundamental movement patterns and train specific areas of the body such as ankles, hips, and shoulders to handle the physical stress required to perform goaltending techniques effectively. Our goal is to help goaltenders build confidence, improve performance, and take ownership of their crease.
